Authentically furnished and themed to reflect its distinctive history, each of the cottages for ADA Disabled guests [two(2) Individual, one(1) Dorm~Style] tells a compelling story about its unique past and the colorful characters that peopled it.
Every cottage has been painstakingly restored to its 1935 to ’55 condition with the textiles, furnishings, and fashions of that period to bring you back in time to a bygone era of Southern California history.

In all cottages for our ADA Disabled guests only, you will enjoy stunning ocean views and charming historic details from the privacy of your own unit. Each Individual Cottage includes a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and disposable plates & utensils. In addition, ADA Disabled cottages include a small electric cooktop. Guests in Individual Cottages will find their beds made upon arrival with towels & soap supplied in bathrooms. Upon request, towels are replaced after four(4) days.
Check-In is anytime after 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm; Check-Out is anytime prior to 11:00 am.

Originally built in 1926, this ADA-accessible 1950’s themed beachfront cottage offers guests a unique layout and numerous windows for expansive beach views. Guests will enjoy the living room with a sofa bed surrounded by windows providing gorgeous views of the creek, ocean and bluff, the front bedroom with a full bed and windows opening to the ocean, the bright back bedroom with twin beds, and the cheery kitchen with windows on three sides.
A front patio offers yet more space to relax to the sound of the sea. Please note that to access the bedroom with a full bed, guests must pass through the bedroom with twin beds.

COTTAGE: Built in 1938, this five(5) bedroom, ADA-accessible bluff top cottage treats guests to two decks with gorgeous ocean views. This Dorm~Style Cottage features an ocean side eat-in kitchen opening to decks on both sides, a small shared living area, and two full and two half shared bathrooms, one and a half of which are ADA-accessible.
ROOM: This spacious, ADA Disabled room boasts five-foot tall windows facing the ocean, a private entrance from the deck, and a bright, airy interior with one full and two twin beds.
