Crystal Cove Alliance is the 501 (c)(3) non-profit cooperating association benefiting the Crystal Cove Beach Cottages. On April 5, 2006, CCA was awarded a concession contract by California State Parks to manage the overnight rentals and food service in the Crystal Cove Historic District.
This is the first time in California State Parks history that a non-profit cooperating association has been awarded a concession contract. Having a non-profit manage the concessions means that a greater amount of revenue will benefit Crystal Cove State Park.
In order to provide an excellent experience for our guests, Crystal Cove Alliance formed Crystal Cove Beach Cottages, a wholly owned subsidiary of the non-profit.
Creating Crystal Cove Beach Cottages to manage the concession operations allows CCA to focus on its mission of renovation and preservation in the Crystal Cove Historic District while providing the best visitor experience possible.

Crystal Cove State Park General Plan and the 2002 Crystal Cove State Park Preservation and Public Use Plan.
Our mission is to renovate and preserve for future generations the Historic District’s unique cultural, natural and historic resources, and to make these values available for the enjoyment and education of all.
The preservation and public use vision for the Crystal Cove State Park Historic District will be guided by both plans.
Crystal
Cove Alliance raises funds through sales, private contributions, special events, membership programs, corporations and grant foundations to improve and expand park programs and facilities, with special emphasis on environmental & cultural education, volunteerism and stewardship.
Crystal Cove Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and preservation of the Crystal Cove State Park Historic District, beach, and marine life refuge. The primary purpose for which this corporation exists is to promote educational and interpretive activities of the California State Park System and to assist with the preservation and restoration of the Crystal Cove State Park Historic District.
